3.Category and finisher item size cannot be changed. Please register carefully.
4.Race packs can be picked up on-site with a valid ID. (No proxy pickup, no shipping)

★ IMPORTANT NOTICE
Recently, injuries and even fatalities have occurred in various trail running events. Participants must ensure through a medical checkup that they are physically fit to run without overexertion.
Participants are responsible for verifying that their health status allows them to complete their registered course. If you experience any physical distress during the race, please stop immediately and request assistance from the medical team or event staff.
Group insurance is provided for all participants. However, the organizers assume no liability beyond the scope of the insurance policy terms and maximum coverage limits, and no additional compensation will be provided.
The organizers will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from personal medical conditions during the event.
Unregistered runners or proxy participants will not be covered by insurance for any accidents or incidents that occur during the event. ★

-100K Category: Must have completed a trail running race within the last 2 years that awarded at least 3 ITRA points
or holds a UTMB Index in the 50K category or higher; OR must have completed at least one full marathon within the last year.
-40K Category: Must have completed a trail running race within the last 2 years that awarded at least 1 ITRA point or holds a UTMB Index in the 20K category
or higher; OR must have completed at least one half marathon within the last year.
-25K,10k Category: Must possess the ability to complete the entire course within the time limit using GPS/GPX files and following on-course markings.

- Those who finish with someone else's bib or do not have/wear the required equipment will be excluded from the award ceremony.

<Special Rules & Regulations >
Priority of Safety: The Event Organizing Committee prioritizes the safety of the event and its participants above all else. The Committee reserves the right to modify event details (including courses, checkpoints, schedules, etc.) from the time of announcement until the conclusion of the event.
Precedence of Announcements: All rules and information will be applied based on the latest official announcements made before or during the event.
Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure (including extreme weather, war, disease, government action, etc.), the Organizing Committee reserves the authority to postpone, suspend, or cancel the event at any time.
Authority for Disciplinary Action: The Organizing Committee holds the authority to judge and impose disciplinary measures against any participant for violations of event regulations.
Event Changes by the Committee: In the event of cancellation, postponement, or suspension due to reasons attributable to the Organizing Committee, the refund policy and processing methods will be applied according to the latest official announcement.
<General Rules>
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older on the day of the competition.
- Participants must be in good health and have no history of hypertension, heart disease, or other diseases that prevents strenuous exercise.
- Participants must run or complete the course independently and cannot use motorized or wheeled vehicles. Violators will be disqualified.
- Participants may rest or refill water and food at water stations, but may not take plastic bottles, disposable cups, or disposable cutlery from water stations to fill water and beverages. Please bring your own water cup, flask, water bottle, or water bag for water supply.
- Participants must race along the marked track and route throughout the race and check each checkpoints. The race organizers recommend participants to download the route track using a GPX watch with navigation function before the race. During the race, the track can be checked using navigation, especially when the signage is not clear. If a participant runs on a side road or in the wrong direction and does not pass the checkpoints of the course, the race result will be invalidated.
- The bib number must be attached at the front side and must be visible at all times. During the race, the bib number and race chip must be used to identify the athlete at the same time. Loss of either one of them will result in disqualification.
- The race will set a cut-off time for some water stations. The cut-off time is the latest departure time from the water station, taking into account the latest arrival time of the athlete at the finish line and the time spent at the water station (rest, meal, etc.). This cut-off time will not be changed due to weather or other factors. All runners must leave the water station before the cut-off time to continue the race.
- Athletes who voluntarily give up the race must go to the nearest water station and report their withdrawal to the event staff, or contact the race headquarters by calling the number on their bib. The event staff on the course must process the end of the race for the athlete upon receiving a call from the race headquarters.
- Players must pass the required equipment check upon entering the race venue, at the middle of the race, or at the finish line. If a player don’t have the required equipment, the organization committee will end the competition and mark the player's bib number with a forfeit mark. During the competition, participants must always carry the required equipment required by the organization committee. The staff will randomly check the required equipment. If it is confirmed that the required equipment is missing, the organization committee will end the competition and mark the player's bib number with a forfeit mark.
- This competition strictly protects the environment. Participants are not allowed to bring disposable water cups, disposable tableware, plastic bags, plastic bottles or cans containing drinking water and beverages onto the course. If there are any garbages generated on the course, please carry it with you and dispose of it at the check point
- Participants are not allowed to throw garbage on the course. Any garbage generated during the competition must be taken to the next checkpoint for disposal. Otherwise, the organizing committee will issue a warning to the participant and mark the warning mark on the participant's number. If there are two or more warnings, the competition will be terminated.
- The transfer of race participation is strictly prohibited, and if problems such as medical assistance or insurance claims arise due to the transfer of qualifications, the party transferring the qualifications shall bear the corresponding legal responsibility. If the act of substitution is confirmed, the organizing committee will disqualify both parties from participating in the competition.
- Participants must present a valid ID to receive race items. In the case of players who cannot participate, they can apply for a delivery for the participation items after the race, and the delivery cost is borne by the player. For specific application methods, please refer to the following. Please refer to the notice on the website after race. Telephone consultations are not accepted at this race.
- If the competition cannot proceed as planned due to sudden bad weather or other conditions, the event organizer may temporarily change the competition route, postpone the competition time, end the competition early, or even cancel the competition for the safety of all participants. In this case, the entry fee will not be refunded.
- The Organization Committee of the race may take photos and videos throughout the race. All participants agree that their participation in the race includes consent to the use of their portrait rights for photos and videos taken during the race. The photos and videos taken may be used for promotional purposes on the SNTR official website and SNS.

• Mandatory gear checks will be conducted randomly. Failure to carry required items will result in immediate disqualification.

• Race transfer is strictly prohibited; both parties will be disqualified. A valid ID is required for race pack collection.
